Week three just flew by and things are getting really exciting on my Growth Leader website, www.servingrenoandsparks.com !
I am still working with clients from week 2. The offer we submitted on a home was not accepted but we continue our search for the next perfect home. Although our offer was rejected, I am not to disappointed as I have really enjoyed getting to know my new clients. They are a wonderful couple from Long Island, New York, who moved to this area two years ago and are now ready to buy a home.
My last two weekends were spent looking at homes with the couple and their two children. The advantage to not getting our first offer accepted is that I now know more about what they are looking for, what is important to them, their likes and dislikes, which I believe is helping me refine my search. I have also been able to answer many questions about our school district, different neighborhoods, and local events which I believe have truly helped built a solid relationship with my new clients.
This week I started using Marker Leader with my Listing Router here on Active Rain. This will not only send more prospects to my site but it will also allow me to me to keep track of how many people link back and forth from Active Rainto my web site. I have about 5 or 6 new prospects who registered this week. I have been emailing and following their online searches so I know exactly what they are looking at. Two have listing alerts set up, one did leave a phone number but did not return my phone call. I have one hot prospect that is "almost" ready to actually go look at homes. All of people who register say they are not working with another agent, do not have a home to sell and generally only leave an email address.
Overall, I am looking forward to seeing if my numbers change now that I have the AR listing router set up. Next week I will be importing all of my contacts in to my website. I have just started to market my current listings and notified the sellers of my marketing campaign through vision and am looking forward to feedback from them.
I am still getting the hang of how to use Market Leader to its fullest. There really is a lot that Vision has to offer that I think can really help build a real estate business. I do not believe this can be done in a short period of time to get the results needed for success. That being said, week three has been really exciting as I see the number of prospects and visitors on the rise. Just imagine how great it will be when I will have finished all of my training and am actually utilizing Vision, by Market Leader to its fullest.
