Last weekend, my client and I attended the "Grand Opening" of the Sorrento Trails gated community in South Reno. Sorrento Trail is a Toll Brothers project (amazing of course) and is part of the master-planned Bella Vista Ranch. 

Bella Vista Ranch, by Toll Brothers, is a master planned community featuring 4 stylish home collections between south Reno and Carson City. We often refer to this area as Damonte Ranch and Double Diamond. This community is in the middle of both areas. 

Once completed, Bella Vista Ranch will offer a family-focused luxury community with a community clubhouse, luxury style homes with gourmet kitchens and private master suites. Bella Vista Ranch is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping areas, and recreational activities. The Mt. Rose Ski resort is just a 20-minute drive from Bella Vista and the majestic  Lake Tahoe is about a 40-minute drive.

The community we toured, Sorrento Trail, is the only gated community with only single level homes. The home designs include up to 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, additional flex space (a room that can be used for a number of different functions),  and 3 car garages. Once completed, there will be approximately 150 single level homes in Sorrento Trail. The community is surrounded by walking and biking trails with gorgeous views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains

The four expansive floor plans range from 3,094 square feet to 3,822 square feet. If you are familiar with the homebuilder Toll Brothers then you know they offer a variety of different upgrades, flex rooms and varies ways to personalize your new construction home.  Amenities include a community clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and more. All Bella Vista homes will share one community center.
