~Silverton Shores in Wingfield Springs, Sparks, Nevada 89436~

Welcome to Sivlerton Shores! This lovely neighborhood is located in Wingfield Springs, a  master planned community in Sparks, Nevada.

 

Just off I-80, travel north seven miles on Vista Blvd. until you see the Wingfield Springs Windmill, turn left! You have arrived at Wingfield Springs. Wingfield Springs is one of Sparks Nevada's most popular master planned communities.

Development of this community began in the late 1990's and today is comprised of nearly 10,000 homes sitting in over 30 different sub-divisions. Here you will also find a neighborhood elementary school, two championship golf courses, a swimming pool and fitness center, a clubhouse with two restaurants, banquet facilities, walking trails, parks and all the other perks you find living in a master planned community.

One special neighborhood in Wingfield Springs is Silverton Shores.

Silverton Shores has lovely, contemporary, stucco homes  on the first fairway to the Redhawk Lakes Golf Course and homes along the  natural water canals. You might even find a home with a walking trail right out the back door. Some of the homes are located in cul-de-sac's clustered around courts with landscaped mediums. Truly a beautiful setting here in Wingfield Springs.

The single story homes in Silverton Shores have soaring vaulted ceilings with open floor plans. They offer  3 and 4 bedrooms, 2 and 3 bathrooms, modern appliances, two and three car garages with ample storage. Just a few blocks from the Windmill, right around the corner, is the new Golden Eagle Regional Park. The park is spread over 140 acres with various fields for softball, baseball, football and soccer.
