Hi Terrie: So many single stories in one community, we need a community like that here! Many people like single stories but don't like huge 2 story homes right next door that can look in their windows...at least that's what a couple of buyers have told me.
Thanks Jane ~ The Cottages at Kiley Ranch are great starter homes in a convenient locations. Many builders will build a single story home right in the middle of two large two stories. I never understood that! Buy you are right, single story homeowners do not like being looked down on!!
