Reno NV Market Report September 2012 To The Point Series

The Reno Sparks Association of Realtor's latest monthly "To The Point" market analyses is here.  This month topics of discussion includes the extension of the Mortgage Forgiveness Relielf Tax Act that is set to expire at the end of 2012. A one year extension is now being considered but has yet to be approved and passsed.

Northern Nevadan home sellers continue to receive multiple offers on their homes, often times at higher than asking prices. Low inventory here in Reno and Sparks has kept buyers scrambling to find a home to buy.

Hi Terrie, I see I wasn't the only one who noticed your new profile photo. It's lovely! Let's hope the Mortgage Forgiveness Relief Tax Act is extended for all those homeowners with a distressed sale. I love how your Reno Board is using videos to get the point out about your market.
