Selling Reno And Sparks Real Estate Blog

Now is a great time to buy!

Despite what you've heard and read and seen on T.V.,now is a great time to buy. Interests rates still remain low and lenders appear to be working harder then ever to get clients pre-approved. Home prices are down, inventory is up, and deals are being made between sellers and buyers that have never been heard of before! First time home buyers are able to get into great homes with realistic and affordable payments. Investors are out there looking and purchasing homes at awesome prices. If your considering moving up, now is the time. You may have to lower the price of your home at a lower price, but you will also be abot to get into a larger home at a price much lower then you could have just a few years ago.

So what are you waiting for?  Now is a great time to buy!

The mere fact that peaople are so on the fence may be contributing to the bank owned properties, and what they don't realize is, that once the bank owns the property, all the leverage the buyer may have had is now lost.  The banks are very stern, time lines to complete the transactions are shorter.  In these quick closings it is easier to make a mistake or overlook some details that may end up costing the buyers in the long run.
