This beautiful complex is surrounded by a variety of mature trees. Spruce, Maple and Pine are a few of the trees that have been growing on the grounds at Springland Village for over 20 years. You will find a Gardner planting fresh flowers every spring and working daily to maintain the lush green grass surrounding the complex.
The amenities at Springland Village include two swimming pools, one spa, a tennis court, two parking spaces per unit, and partial utilities paid through the home owners association.
Type of Units Available!
There are several floor plans at Springland Village. You can choose between a one bedroom, two bedroom or a three bedroom unit. Each unit is provided with extra storage, two parking spaces, washer and dryer hook ups, a gas fire place, patio or balcony. Some units are equipped with garages and garage door openers, others have closed in parking, but with no garage door, while others simply have their parking spaced covered.

Currently, there are several floor plans available.
The listing price of each unit range from $118,000 and to $154,000. Within the last six months, there have been several sales with the average condominium selling for $152,000. The average size of a condominium sold was approximately 1,000 square feet. That is an average of $159 per square foot.
