Batch Cupcakery ~ Reno, Nevada

"The Cupcake Craze" has arrived in Reno and Batch Cupcakery is adding a sophisticated twist to an old fashioned favorite!

Batch Cupcakery is the vision of Ann Archer, a local Realtor and mother of 7, who had a dream of opening her own bakery. After 20 years selling real estate, she decided she needed a change. Anne was able to convince  two good friends, Lisa Angius and Kristin Lewandowski, that going into the "cupcake" business was a great idea. Despite much criticism that comes with starting a new business, especially in a economy where many small businesses are closing their doors their doors, Batch Cupcakery is thriving.

The shop is turning out about 800 cupcakes a day offering over 25 different mouth watering flavors.  Go to to discover the variety of cupcakes offered.

So what is the secret to Batch's Sweet Success?

Anne Archer believes the secret to her success is using only the freshest, finest, purest  ingredients available. They don't use packaged or pre-made mixes. All cupcakes are made fresh daily .

Pricing is also key to the huge success of BatchCupcakery. Cupcakes sell for $1.50 to $3.00. They are the perfect ending to any meal and a great snack for those with a sweet tooth.

Celebrations are also keeping the ladies of Batch Cupcakery busy! You are encouraged to order ahead of time for your wedding, birthday party and special event. Customize your order and have it ready and waiting the day of your big event. Call 775-322-8510 to place your next cupcake order.

Great post - we have a cupcakery in the CWE and it has been outrageously successful.  Interesting concept - didn't think there was a sizeable market - but there is...
