&lt;p&gt;According to &lt;strong&gt;NBC's Today Show Real Estate Expert&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://barbaracorcoran.com/" title="Reno Home Owners"&gt;Barbara Corcoran&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, if homeowners brighten up their home with vibrant accent pieces such as pillows and throw rugs, &amp;nbsp;they could potentially attract new buyers to the home.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Although I do not always agree with some of the advice Barbara Corcoran offers Today Show viewers, &lt;em&gt;I do think she is right on when it comes to making a few changes to your homes decor to help it show better.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the video below, Barbara offer's some really great advice on ways home sellers could brighten up their living spaces. If you are having trouble getting an offer on your home you may want to consider taking down curtains, adding bright pillows to your bed or changing out any dark throw rugs and replace them with vibrant colors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Did you know that &lt;strong&gt;Google &amp;ldquo;likes&amp;rdquo; LinkedIn&lt;/strong&gt; and favors it in the search engines? &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Knowing that is nothing new to many of us. What many don&amp;rsquo;t know is that we can have a custom URL on LinkedIn. So what does that mean? &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;LinkedIn assigns us a URL with a bunch of numbers when we join, and it is just not pretty and doesn't help us to be found. &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;You can &lt;a href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/janisborgueta" title="janis Borgueta LinkedIn"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;optimize your URL&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;on LinkedIn&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; by just changing it. Super simple and it looks more professional to those that see it. The best part is that &lt;em&gt;Google Likes it&lt;/em&gt;! &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;I know that when there is a simple task that helps me with Google, I want to make sure that I&amp;rsquo;m using it for any added &lt;em&gt;Google Juice&lt;/em&gt;!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;So &amp;hellip; how is it done? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;~ Go to &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Your &amp;ldquo;Public Profile Page&amp;rdquo;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span&gt;on your LinkedIn Page&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;~ Scroll down to &amp;ldquo;Public Profile&amp;rdquo; section and then&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;~ Click &amp;ldquo;Edit&amp;rdquo; Next to the URL ... choose a new one. &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Don&amp;rsquo;t forget that an &amp;ldquo;up to date&amp;rdquo; profile is super important. Info and photo needs to be current. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;This is &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;good advice for any of the links we have. &lt;br&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Last but not least, check your buttons for the social media on your signatures once in a while. Sometimes they just stop working. I have found a few out there that just don't work. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Today is one day closer to being found on the internet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The seventh annual Lucerne "The Art Of Dairy" contest is now underway! By voting you could help make this local student's cow design "Legen-Dairy!"&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The theme for this years contest was Red, White &amp;amp; Moo!&lt;/strong&gt; Student artists from across the country were challenged to illustrate &lt;strong&gt;what American ingenuity&lt;/strong&gt; means to them by incorporating Lucerne Dairy produces into their Artwork. &amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Anne Mueller is a Junior &amp;nbsp;at Reed High School in Sparks, NV. &amp;nbsp;and designed her cow with great American Heroes in mind.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thousands of entries were sent to Lucerne where nine finalists were chosen. Each student artist had to transfer his or her artwork onto a life-sized fiberglass cow. They are competing for the contests grand price of $20,000 that will be given to the schools art department, plus $5,000 each for the student and art teacher.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;There is&amp;nbsp;something that sometimes gives me concern. It often&amp;nbsp;happens while I'm visiting&amp;nbsp;Facebook pages of some of my young family members.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;It is astonishing how relaxed they can sometimes be, with&amp;nbsp;the amount of information they are willing to dish out and post, while using social media.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Granted, we are given the option of choosing our friends on Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;And we have some control over which entities&amp;nbsp;have access to our more personal aspects in cyber space.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;However, things can change among friends,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;strong&gt;and we don't always know well some of those folks we accept as "friends.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Awhile back I was startled when I found one of my grandkid's full birthdate, and place of birth on his profile page.&amp;nbsp; I immediately emailed, to warn him of potential dangers lurking.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here are some things you should consider if you are using social media including Facebook, Twitter, etc.,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;(1) It's probably ok, to provide the month and day you were born.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; However, providing the year you were born gives identity thieves a piece of key information for stealing your financial life.&amp;nbsp; Couple that with the knowledge of your place of birth, and sometimes identity thieves can predict some of the numbers in your Social Security number, if not most or all.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(2) Be wary of providing your home address.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Several months ago, Ponemon Institute conducted a study, which found that Social Media users were at risk of identity theft because of information they were providing on their social sites.&amp;nbsp; Others were actually putting themselves at physical risk.&amp;nbsp; The study found that most contacts that had been accepted as "friends" were actually just acquaintances or people they knew - some only slightly.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;(3) If you want to talk or brag about your vacation or trips, wait until you return home.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; Telling the world that you're going to be gone for 2 weeks cruising the Bahamas, or wherever, is telling thieves, "Come rob me."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;(4) Passwords are another area that needs serious consideration.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you use the same password for just about every on-line activity you perform, you are at risk.&amp;nbsp; If you are using your mother's maiden name, or other predictable criteria, you're making it easy for crooks to guess your passwords.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;(5) And, suggesting that passwords have 8 characters including a capital, doesn't mean you should choose,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt; "sneezy - sleepy - dopey - doc - happy - bashful - grumpy - and sacramento" either.&amp;nbsp; Only we blondes are allowed to do that:-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;(6) One of the more important things to consider is&amp;nbsp;what you decide to&amp;nbsp;put out in cyberland,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt; has the potential of being looked at by&amp;nbsp;future or current employers, school admissions people, and other entities that may not think it is funny, that you love to party down and get drunk every weekend, or recreationally smoke the "funny stuff."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;If you use a few good sense precautions, you ought to remain reasonably safe, while exploiting the wonderful possibilities available through social networking.&amp;nbsp; The key is to remain cautious and to use care.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The Easter Bunny will arrive by fire truck at 9:30am. The first hunt starts at 10am. For kids up to 12 years old. The event will go on, rain or shine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;We&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;may&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;have had to negotiate a bit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;We could get an accepted contract quickly&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;They would apply for financing (financing used to be so easy that ham sandwiches could get financed so we never had to worry about it.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;We would have a home inspection and if any problems were found, the seller would probably fix them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The appraisal always seemed to be &amp;ldquo;spot on&amp;rdquo;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;We could close in 30 &amp;ndash; and in some cases &amp;ndash; less than thirty days!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;THIS with typically NO MONEY DOWN!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was easy cheesy peasy. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately things aren&amp;rsquo;t so easy anymore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Everyone wants a deal with Las Vegas real estate. &amp;nbsp;Everyone wants the deal to be nice and easy and smooth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately if you are one of those &amp;ldquo;everyones&amp;rdquo; who wants a deal &amp;ndash; you have to pay your dues &amp;ndash; especially if you are financed!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;rsquo;t begin to tell you HOW MANY buyers I have had walk through my virtual door because their agent did NOT explain the short sale process and they got stuck in a short sale escrow &amp;ndash; somehow. &amp;nbsp;I cannot begin to tell you how stressed out those buyers were from wading through the &amp;ldquo;unknown&amp;rdquo;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will not sugar coat any perspective buyer to lead them to believe that the process is so simple.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The reason why it isn&amp;rsquo;t easy to get financing is because everyone &amp;ndash; EVERYONE &amp;ndash; is a default risk. &amp;nbsp;Even the tightest most qualified buyers. &amp;nbsp;You have to be special to buy a home these days with either cash or financing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Our&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2011/05/las-vegas-real-estate-market-trends-may-2011/" title="las vegas real estate inventory"&gt;Las Vegas sellable real estate inventory is VERY low&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buyers may have to make&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2010/10/can-a-las-vegas-buyer-make-multiple-offers-on-properties/" title="las vegas real estate multiple offers"&gt;multiple offers&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;or settle for a long shot&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2010/12/las-vegas-short-sales-what-is-a-short-sale/" title="las vegas short sales"&gt;short sale&lt;/a&gt;to close.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It can take weeks for sellers to sign a contract and execute it for the escrow process to even begin!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2010/10/what-happens-when-my-las-vegas-appraisal-comes-in-low/" title="las vegas low home appraisal"&gt;appraisal can be low&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;or have an abundance of&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2010/10/things-that-can-make-your-financed-home-purchase-blow-up-in-the-middle-of-a-transaction-water-damagemold/" title="lender required repairs"&gt;lender required repairs&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The home can be&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2010/11/las-vegas-home-financing-nightmares-vandalism-or-theft-during-an-escrow/" title="las vegas home buying vandalism during escrow"&gt;vandalized during escrow&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lasvegas-realestate-communities-homesforsale.com/2010/09/why-home-inspections-are-important/" title="las vegas bad home inspection"&gt;home inspection&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;can come up with too many problems for the buyers to live with. &amp;nbsp;Many homes are conveyed as-is right now which doesn&amp;rsquo;t waive your right to a home inspection.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These are just examples of SOME of the problems that happen from start to finish. &amp;nbsp;I like to set expectations up front because if a buyer whines before we can even get them approved (which is before we look at homes), I may decide to walk away from working with that buyer. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes I can&amp;rsquo;t even imagine the screaming that will come when we hit REAL problems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My job is so far from easy these days and keeping a buyer in tune with REALISTIC expectations may make me lose one or two buyers from the onset but may save me some sanity when we are dealing with major problems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you want a deal &amp;ndash; you will have to earn it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We've all heard of "buyer's remorse" . . . the second-thoughts buyers sometimes have&amp;nbsp;after they've submitted an offer and it's been accepted.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well . . . sellers can have a 'remorse' too, it seems.&amp;nbsp; Theirs' come in the form of: Their home&amp;nbsp;sold in a short amount of time, they often second-guess their listing agent:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;Perhaps we could have gotten more?"&amp;nbsp; "Perhaps we priced it too low?"&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;And I'm here to debunk that myth&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sellers . . . listen carefully to this Exclusive Buyers Agent, who ONLY works with buyers&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;While your property may have sold is two days . . . my clients have been looking of properties for over THREE MONTHS!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;So when you and your&amp;nbsp;listing agent were meeting a few weeks ago discussing putting the property on the market -- we already&amp;nbsp;toured 20 properties.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And when you tidied up the place, putting&amp;nbsp;all the curios and knick-knacks into a box, and putting every kitchen appliance known to Wolfgang Puck&amp;nbsp;off the kitchen counter and into the kitchen cabinet . . . my clients saw another 50 listings via the Internet and the list sheets I sent them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And when you signed the listing contract and the FOR SALE sign was dug into your front yard -- we just toured another 7 houses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So when your house hit . . . &lt;strong&gt;we had &lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;ALREADY&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; toured existing properties and your house made sense.&amp;nbsp; And when we toured your property and it made further sense . . .&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Sporting Goods Drive In Northern Nevada</title>

Many if us have school aged children involved in &lt;strong&gt;youth sports&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;that seem to out grow their sports attire &amp;nbsp;rather quickly and we are left with relatively new, or gently used sports attire wondering what we should do with all of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;This week we have a place to donate these items and know they will be dispersed to kids who will be happy to have them and who really need them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.bgctm.org/" title="Boys &amp;amp; GIrls Club of TM"&gt;The Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; is hosting a sporting goods drive this week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Give Back Like Jack&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; Food and Sporting Goods Drive is accepting nonperishable food items and sporting goods from noon to 6 p.m. today through Friday.&lt;img title="Boys &amp;amp; Girls Club Sports Drive" src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/4/0/1/0/4/ar133105107240104.jpg" height="262" alt="Clip Art Sports" width="175"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Collected food items will be donated to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. Sporting goods will be distributed to agencies that serve children in transition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The drive is held at the club&amp;rsquo;s Donald W. Reynolds Facility, 2680 E. Ninth St. Details: 775-331-3605.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="https://ssl.washoecountyschools.org/" title="WCSD"&gt;The Washoe County School District&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; estimates there are approximately 1800 children in Northern Nevada who are living in motels, homeless shelters, or at the Kids Cottage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Homeless Liaisons with the Children in Transition&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;program work closely with the school district to help identify children who are homeless and need assistance. By donating non perishable food items and sporting goods you will be those who really, really need them!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Well, look out.&amp;nbsp; If you have a Google account, Google has changed their Privacy Policy today, and everything that you have ever searched for in a Google search will now be publicly available unless you do something about it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;So if you want to clear out your web history and keep Google from keeping public record of where you search, here are some simple steps to help you out:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Go to your &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?hl=en&amp;amp;continue=https://www.google.com/history/&amp;amp;nui=1&amp;amp;service=hist&amp;amp;srr=1&amp;amp;authuser=0" title="Google Web History"&gt;Web History&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; and enter your password if prompted to do so.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;If your web history is ON, the list of sites that you have visited that have been recorded by Google will be displayed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Click on the "Remove All Web History" button.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;They will ask you (because you really don't mean it, right?) if you are ". . . sure you want to clear your entire web history? Your web history will also be paused."&amp;nbsp; Oh, yes, YOU'RE SURE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;You should then see "Your search history is currently empty" and that your "Web History is paused"&amp;nbsp; STAY AWAY FROM THE RESUME BUTTON.&amp;nbsp; LEAVE IT PAUSED.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;You are now done.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
